About the role

Solana by SanLiving under PT. Harapan Graha Niaga is seeking a Front Office Night Auditor to join our hospitality team in Central Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a critical overnight position responsible for managing all front office operations during night hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining accurate financial records. The Night Auditor serves as the senior front office representative during the night shift, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and all guest-related matters whilst conducting thorough audits of daily transactions. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Manage all front desk operations during night shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs and room assignments

Conduct thorough audits of daily financial transactions, reconciling guest accounts and ensuring accuracy of all charges

Prepare and review the night audit report, identifying and resolving discrepancies

Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests with professionalism and courtesy

Monitor and update the property management system with accurate guest and reservation information

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status and maintenance issues

Process guest payments and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies

Maintain security and safety standards throughout the property during night hours

Provide detailed handover documentation for the day shift team

Assist with special requests and ensure guest satisfaction during overnight stays

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role within a hotel or hospitality establishment

Strong proficiency with property management systems and hotel operations software

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for accurate auditing

Outstanding customer service abilities with a professional demeanour and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently during night shifts and make sound decisions without supervision

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices

Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends or public holidays

Professional appearance and grooming standards
