1. Office Manager

📍Lembata, Nusa Tenggara Timur

The job function of an Office Manager is to manage the company’s relationship with the government and the community, oversee employee administration, monitor and guide HR staff, and ensure smooth office operations by maintaining facilities and managing supplies, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, HR, communication, law, or equivalent.

Ability to use Microsoft Office

Ability to organize and manage document and information systematically.

Have basic accounting understanding.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate strong ability to work effectively in the field, proactive, and dynamic in adapting to various conditions.

Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
