Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end supply chain activities covering procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics.

Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor supply chain costs, KPIs and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvements.

Lead and develop the SCM team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.

6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Inventory Management, with team leadership experience.

Experience in industrial/manufacturing, Oil & Gas, piping, valves, fittings or similar B2B industries is preferred.

Strong experience in inventory planning, procurement and warehouse/logistics management.

Good English communication skills and experience dealing with overseas suppliers.

Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
