PT Australia Indonesian Milk Industries (PT Indomilk) was established in 1967. After undergoing several technological and capital transformations, it became a domestic investment company (PMDN) in 1986. In April 2008, PT Indomilk and several dairy companies merged to form PT Indolakto, which was later acquired by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2009 and became the Indofood Dairy Division. Today, PT Indolakto is producing several brands such as INDOMILK, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Orchid Butter, Indofood Ice Cream, and Milkuat, operating seven factories, supported by 26 distribution branches nationwide, and exporting products to 12–15 countries across Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
