As a Staff Admin E‑Commerce, you will support the company’s online sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes.

Job Descriptions:

Manage customer orders, update records, and ensure timely fulfillment.

Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory information across platforms.

Assist in responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and administrative activities.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support e‑commerce operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Business/ Management/ Communication)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, etc.) is an advantage

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

A good command of English will be highly beneficial in carrying out responsibilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
